It was unfair for her to be wrongly accused and punished in the beginning episodes. On the other hand, Charmaine's character hardly ever got yelled at except for the grand empress. Obviously she would have an easier time sticking to Do Good Deeds because there weren't a lot of horrible things happening to her. I find it incredibly unrealistic that she never hesitates to do the right thing. It would have been nice to see her have to make a hard decisiion.
