The suppliers, or so-called transporters/shippers (controlled by Kiki's brother 's gang) wanted to raise the price (or were there other external factors?) I've watched up to eps 18 and it gets more exciting and interesting! The dog scene grossed me out and scared me too! Wayne does the best in these type of roles where you're not sure if he's good or bad.
